Funding Acquisition

If required by the client, we would look at various options regarding funding the project, and the existence of available grants and/or subsidies. We need to know that the full funding is in place prior to the start of construction.

We can put the complete team together. We can bring the bankers, accountants and lawyers to the table. We can look at flow-through shares, various tax advantages, venture capital and other forms of private funding.

We can explore all aspects of equipment leasing, in order to keep the capital costs at a minimum.

We leave no stone unturned.


Approvals

We make sure that all Federal, Provincial, Regional and Municipal approvals are in place. We can get any re-zoning completed and arrange for the building permits too.

Tendering the Design


When the client is happy with the direction that we are taking, we move towards the next phase, the design and tendering of the project, where we take everything that we have done to date, and obtain fixed pricing in readiness for the construction phase.

Project Management


The client decides if they need our involvement in this phase of the project. He might have an existing business relationship with a contractor, who can move ahead and build from the information that we provide.

If the client's time is valuable elsewhere, why bother about when concrete is poured or if the equipment arrives on time? Our senior management has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry! We can look after that phase too.
